2000 SRS Establishes the First Employee Benefit Captive |
Jeff is responsible for the support, development, and growth of SRS Benefit Partners programs. His focus is on partner education through agency consulting, individual client involvement and outcomes, as well as creating and launching distinctive programs. He has had sales, operations, and leadership roles in the captive industry since 2006. Jeff rejoined SRS in 2023 where he concentrates on the ongoing strategy and value of SRS BP in an expanding, dynamic market.
Wendy is responsible for the ongoing platform management and operations of SRS Benefit Partners programs. Her focus is on the operations of group employee benefits programs, vendor relations, and member and partner consulting and education. She has had operations, program management and captive consulting roles since 1997 having been a Director of Operations for a stop loss MGU, and program manager on both P&C and employee benefits captive and self-insured arrangements.
Andrew is responsible for the oversight and strategic development of SRS’s affiliated employee benefits initiatives as well as insurance and risk management initiatives complimentary to the firms core business of insurance management and consulting. He has over 20 years’ experience with SRS including serving as the company’s COO for 10 years and managing the firm’s marketing strategy
